Definition of Session Types

 

Presentation:

These sessions in open seating, feature case studies, success stories on SAP solutions, and strategic topics, followed by Q&A discussions (20, 40, or 60 minutes).

 

Interactive Session:

These discussions focus on a particular subject and allow conversation between speakers and audience. They are one of our most popular formats (between 20 to 60 minutes).

 

Panel Discussion:

These sessions bring together a group of people with unique knowledge of an important topic to discuss related issues and ideas in a chat show format. One host leads a conversation with three panelists (40 or 60 minutes).

 

Demo Station:

These stations provide direct one-on-one interaction with SAP software engineers on a particular subject. Stations are open during show floor hours and do not require an appointment.

 

Demo Theater:

These popular product demos are scheduled at specific times so you can plan ahead to attend – and are also featured at corresponding Demo Stations (20 minutes).

 

ASUG Pre-Conference Seminar:

These half-day or full-day sessions cover the hottest topics in the SAP world. They require separate registration and additional fees apply (Monday, May 16 only).

 

ASUG Industry Day:

These half-day or full-day sessions offer education and networking opportunities for Utilities, Rail, Chemicals, and Apparel, Footwear and Fashion. Pre-registration is requested via ASUG.com. No additional fees apply (Monday, May 16).
