Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package Participation Rules

Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package participants should NOT register independently. Each participant should wait to receive an invitation-to-register e-mail from the lead registrant. All five registrants must be employed by the same company, possess the same e-mail address domain, and be registering for the same location in order to take advantage of this package. If a Buy 4, Get 5 participant registers on their own, they will be required to cancel their own registration and pay the €250 service charge before they can register under the Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package.

This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. SAP employees are not eligible to participate and/or purchase registrations for this promotion.

We accept three forms of payment: credit card, company check, and wire transfer. Once we receive full payment, we will provide the lead registrant with access to an invitation console. Here, they can register themselves for the event and send invitations to register to the four additional participants from their company taking advantage of the package. Each invitation console permits a maximum of five registration entries. Each registrant must complete his/her own registration.

Unused portions of the Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package are forfeited and ineligible for a refund. No exceptions.
