Registration
All exhibitors must be registered. A certain number of passes are included with each exhibit package. Quantities for each level are noted below as well as a description of each pass type. Through your Exhibitor Console, logistics contacts should send invitations to their staff to register, purchase additional passes, and track usage. Package-included passes do not expire.

- Full Conference exhibitor passes permit access to the keynotes, educational lecture sessions, hands-on workshops, show floor including early access for set-up, Networking Reception, Celebration Night, session materials, lunch, and refreshment breaks.
- Additional Full Conference passes are available for $2,495.
- Full Conference passes may be extended to customers through either package-included or purchased for $2,495 (must be prepaid by the exhibitor). Access for customers is the same as described above with the exception of early access to the show floor.
- Exhibits-Only passes permit access to the keynotes, show floor including early access for set-up, Networking Reception, Celebration Night, lunch, and refreshment breaks (everything but the educational and hands-on sessions).
- Additional Exhibits-Only passes are available for $950.
- Exhibit-Only passes may not be extended to customers.
- Speaker passes (available for speakers only) permit access to the keynotes, educational lecture sessions, show floor, Networking Reception, Celebration Night, lunch, and refreshment breaks (everything but hands-on sessions). Hands-on workshops are not included but may be purchased as an add-on for $1,200 during the registration process.
Purchased passes are subject to the conference registration cancellation and refund policy.

Hotel Accommodations
The official hotel block has been filled, however, rooms at the Venetian and Palazzo may still be available. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about current availability and rates by calling 866-659-9659 or book a room online.
Fortunately, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Bureau reports that many hotels on or near The Strip have availability during our conference dates. Explore www.visitlasvegas.com, the official Las Vegas travel site, or any other hotel booking site to find hotel accommodations near the Venetian|Palazzo.
SAP employees must contact SAP Group Travel for assistance in booking a hotel for your stay in Las Vegas.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of your first-night deposit. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date (no-show), you forfeit your first-night deposit, and the remaining nights of your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
