• Register for the Partner briefing on to learn more about:
  • SAP Joule, SAP Premium AI services and SAP AI-assisted smart features 
  • The Act2Adopt initiative
  • Prerequisites to participate to the initiative      
• Join the Act2Adopt AI Joule initiative and prepare from May 1-9 for the Activation phase.
• Activate SAP Joule and other selected SAP Business AI solutions from May 12-23, 2025. During this phase, you will
  • Learn how to activate Joule and other selected services.
  • Receive technical support from SAP experts to activate them in your system.
• Submit your Business AI story idea until May 30, 2025 to qualify for participation
  • A team of SAP experts will evaluate your story proposal.
• Join the Pitch phase from June 5-6, 2025. During this phase, you will
  • Create you story leveraging Joule and other selected Business AI services with SAP experts’ guidance.
  • Demo your story on the final day to a panel of judges during a demo jam.

Post the Demo Jam, you are encouraged to continue building on your innovation with SAP's help. Here's what you can potentially achieve:

• Collaborate further for story finalization, finetuning and showcasing.
• Participate to a Hack2Build event to extend Joule and Premium AI services capabilities
• Access SAP's relevant go-to-market channels, including but not limited to, SAP Stores  SAP Partner Finder,  Validated Partner Use Cases (VPUC), and the SAP Business Accelerator Hub
