Jesse Mills is the Customer Experience Innovation Manager at Jemena, a role which involves listening to customers and driving change through technology and process redesign. Jesse is passionate about delivering changes that make sense for both the customer and the organisation.
Over the last 3 years Jesse has been leading Jemena’s CX Uplift program, a business-led, technology enabled change program. The CX Uplift program is a major change step forward in both customer and employee experience for Jemena, changing how the organisation thinks about customers by using technology to deliver our customer experience strategy.
