Let's get you connected

When it comes right down to it, as much as everyone loves the dynamic speakers and insightful learning sessions at SAP Ariba Live, it's the opportunity to make some great personal and professional connections that keeps people coming back. That’s why we’re packing the conference with networking activities – great opportunities to share your success stories face-to-face. For the schedule, see the full conference agenda.

Welcome Reception and SAP Ariba Marketplace

SAP Ariba Live officially kicks off in the networking zone of the SAP Ariba Marketplace. You’ll make new contacts and connect with old friends, mingling with fellow conference attendees while exploring the many sponsor booths that showcase their business commerce specialties. On this first night, before you dive into learning and sharing valuable insights and best practices, come and meet professionals from companies that are forging new paths in digital commerce.

Free Night: Dinner on Your Own

After the Welcome Reception, Monday night is your free evening to explore Amsterdam and go out to dinner with friends from SAP Ariba Live. Are you attending with a large delegation from your organization? This is a great night for a team dinner at one of the many restaurants in the city.

Off-Site Celebration Night at Muziekgebouw

If you know SAP Ariba Live, you know we don’t disappoint when it comes to our networking events! And this year is no exception. We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be hosting our celebration night at the spectacular waterfront building Muziekgebow, otherwise known as “Amsterdam’s Concert Hall of the 21st Century”.

This is a fantastic opportunity to network with peers while enjoying entertainment, complimentary transportation to and from the dinner, dancing, food, and drinks in a friendly and comfortable environment. Join us from 7:00 p.m.–12:00 midnight. Complimentary shuttle bus service to the festivities is available. For more information and the schedule, click here.
