FUTURE OF BUSINESS SHOWCASE

SAP and it’s innovation partners will showcase real world scenarios with guests walking away with the tools to take their business to the next level. SAP will take you on a journey on how it’s  technologies touches every point in a journey across a scenarios effecting sustainability, the future of work or data.

Future of Work World

The Future of Work is the intersection of people, process, and technology.

Step through our Future of Work World to explore how digital technologies are being used to support employees and to improve their engagement and workplace experience as we navigate the ‘next normal’.

We will deep-dive into scenarios that look at:

  • AI Powered Superteams: See how integrating AI into already skilled and talented teams can empower individuals to achieve superior results – with the benefit of advanced analytics, machine learning, and Big Data management on their side.
  • A Jobful Future: People no longer stay at one company for life. Understand how organisations need to look at flexible work to hire for scarce resources, rotate staff needs, and shift from monitoring employees to performance monitoring.
  • Build Back with Digital: The next normal will look different than the pre-pandemic world and technology is imperative to this change. Discover how the rise of Industry 4.0 will connect the physical and digital world, building a network of organisations around the world. Are the leaders of the future ready to adapt to this virtual workforce?
  • Inclusively Belong: Explore how a sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategy leads to higher levels of innovation, success, and employee satisfaction. Discover how prioritising workforce engagement at every stage of the employee lifecycle is crucial to building more resilient and high performing businesses.

Sustainability World

Sustainability and climate change are some of the biggest challenges of our time.

Step through our Sustainability World to explore how a new era of digital innovation can enable a future that looks greener, cleaner, and more equal than the world we live in today.  We will deep-dive into scenarios that look at:

  • Reduce Emissions – Discover how greater transparency can help measure, calculate, track and report the GHG emission inventories of your organisation, allowing visibiity of carbon footprint down to a granular level and driving climate action.
  • Reduce Waste – See how a rethinking of business processes across the entire value chain, will protect our planet, its species, and our collective prosperity, while creating new business models.
  • Reduce Inequality - As humans responsible for social progress, we must consider all people and communities as we move forward. See how transparency is key to procurement with purpose, and to bring diversity and inclusion to front of mind.
  • Manage Holistically – Discover how managing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) holistically, brings together financial and non-financial factors for review and analysis, can identify growth opportunities and attract a new generation of stakeholders and investors.

THE LABS

The Labs at Sydney will cover customer-led innovation driving intelligent business transactions and crowd-sourced data for environmental impact and sustainability. What you will learn are:

  • How data generated by humans, machines and instruments is changing the way that organisations operate – for the better.
  • Attendees will benefit from understanding how insights from data can lead to better decision-making.
  • See how data collection can be a fun learning experience, and see how it can be put good to great use.
  • Low-code/no-code Retail Customer Experience
  • Data-driven Inventory Intelligence
  • Agile Last-mile Delivery

Lab 1: Google Trends and SAP Data Intelligence for inventory decision-making

Combining 'Google Trends' and SAP Planning and Operational systems combines what is happening in trhe market with how an orgnisation needs to be organised to address the market.

Lab 2: Intelligent Payments - how to attract new customers in a data-driven way

Banks and customers can have great conversations about their working capital by combining payments and other data and using sophisticated prediction and simulation capabilities.

Lab 3: Data-Driven Blue Carbon

Australia’s coastal areas are a great source of carbon sequestering, through vegetation. We must manage it carefully, monitor its condition, and make well-informed decisions about the part we play as humans.
