This open lecture explores SAP’s Learning Journey “Discovering End-to-End Business Processes for the Intelligent Enterprise.” It offers a broad introduction to how modern companies run their core processes and how SAP systems help to connect them. You will see how finance, logistics, procurement, sales, and other areas interact to create value across the entire enterprise.

The content is enriched with both academic theory and practical perspectives. Each topic is linked to real examples from customers and partners, showing how the concepts look in practice. To make the learning even more interactive, you will also get access to a live SAP S/4HANA Cloud practice system, where you can complete guided exercises and try out processes for yourself. This way, the course connects theory and application in a very concrete way.

The learning format combines self-paced study with weekly online sessions. While the self-paced modules give you flexibility, the sessions with an SAP expert create space for discussion and deeper understanding. Altogether, it’s a learning experience that mixes knowledge, practice, and real-life insights.

A Flexible 60-Hour Learning Journey – Guided and Hands-On

The program is designed to be manageable alongside your studies or other commitments. In total, it takes about 60 hours. Around 38 hours are dedicated to the self-paced Learning Journey in the SAP Learning Hub, which you can complete whenever it suits you. The pace is up to you, and you can revisit the materials whenever you like.

In addition, there are 21 live Zoom sessions, each lasting one hour (Thursdays, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm CET) These take place weekly over the course of the program and give you the chance to hear explanations from an SAP expert, ask questions, and learn from real-world stories. This steady rhythm ensures that learning stays consistent while never becoming overwhelming.

A special part of the program is the opportunity to work in a live SAP S/4HANA Cloud system. Here, you can practice tasks yourself and see how processes are carried out in the system. This adds a very practical dimension to the learning experience and helps make the theory much clearer.

Boost Your Skills with Practice, Networking, and Certification

In this open lecture, you will gain a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the chance to try them out in a real SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment. You will also meet other participants with similar interests and exchange ideas during the weekly sessions. The interaction with an SAP expert and your peers makes the learning experience lively and collaborative.

At the end of the program, you will also have the opportunity to take an official SAP certification exam. Each participant gets two free attempts provided by SAP. This makes it possible not only to learn and practice but also to earn a recognized certificate that can support your academic and professional journey.
