We recommend traveling to the venue by public transportation.

The convention center is located in the heart of Zurich, close to Lake Zurich. It is just a 10-minute train ride from the city’s main station, and 20 minutes by train from Zurich Airport.

Parking is available close to the convention center, at:

• Park Hyatt Zurich parking garage (P1)
• Bleicherweg parking garage (P2)

There are two more parking garages in the vicinity:

• Hohe Promenade (near Bellevueplatz)
• Opéra (near Bellevueplatz)

Please reserve a room at a hotel of your choice; accommodation is at your own expense. You can find a list of hotels near Zurich Convention Center here.

All rooms and spaces within the venue are quickly and easily accessible for wheelchair users. Wheelchair-accessible seating and hearing loops are available. We also have staff on hand to accompany blind and visually impaired guests to their seats. Guide dogs are permitted to stay with their owners at all times.

In Zurich Convention Center, we have deliberately chosen a partner that lives sustainability and whose venue is easily reached by public transportation. Kongresshaus Zürich is proud to be certified as climate-neutral, and, by drawing its energy from Lake Zurich, it is entirely carbon-neutral. Hear firsthand from its sustainability team.

• The in-house catering service has chosen not to use disposable tableware. The food is seasonal and made from ingredients sourced regionally.
• We do not use PET bottles, and the water we provide for the welcome and closing keynotes is in glass bottles instead.
• To reduce our use of paper, we provide information digitally.
• Our self-check-in system helps us ensure that we print badges only for the delegates who are actually on site.
• The materials and equipment we lease come from partners nearby or we reuse SAP materials that have already been produced. 
• Sustainability is part of our program.
• Generation Z – our trainees at SAP (Switzerland) Inc. – is fully involved in organizing and running the event on site.

We politely request that you arrive early to allow enough time for the self check-in. Please have your personal QR-code to hand, which you received in the e-mail confirming your event registration.

We’ll send you your QR code again by e-mail as we get closer to the event date. 

That way, you will have more time when you arrive to enjoy a tasty vitamin booster while networking with your peers.

The presentations will be held in German and English. The keynote speeches and the industry and LoB talks will be interpreted simultaneously. The interactive sessions will be held in the language they are shown in on the program.
