Enhancing risk management and compliance with advanced and agentic AI amid rising geopolitical and economic uncertainty.

  • Geopolitical and Economic Context – Growing geopolitical tension and economic volatility are increasing risk exposure and raising the need for faster, data-driven decisions.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Implications – Rapidly shifting regulations demand scalable, transparent compliance. Strong data foundations matter, but the real advantage comes from how well organizations use AI to interpret and act on that data.
  • Role of AI and Agentic AI – Advanced and agentic AI can automate monitoring, coordinate multi-step analysis, and provide a unified real-time risk view— boosting detection, reducing manual work, and improving regulatory consistency.
  • Trends and Challenges – Adoption is rising in due diligence, surveillance, and reporting, but outcomes depend on data quality, governance, explainability, and solid model-risk management.
  • Future Outlook – Compliance is shifting to an AI-driven model. Organizations that deploy AI responsibly on strong data foundations will be more resilient, more responsive to regulation, and better positioned in a complex global environment.

SAP's Bo Baade-Pedersen and Deloitte's Anh Ngugen discuss getting started with AI from choosing the right project, to delivering tangible benefits and thinking through the commercials

SAP's Liz Maffei will offer a summary of the day's key take aways and highlights and invite attendees to share any final thoughts
