The Intelligent Infrastructure Control Centre (IICC) is a data integration and reporting platform built by Costain, Deloitte and SAP. It presents a range of project data in a unified dashboard enabling the UK Department for Transport (DfT) to run reports, visualize data in real time, view performance and further supports operations management, inform key processes, adopt ESG strategies and reduce risks through predictive analytics.

Using the IICC, Costain, Deloitte and the DfT are building the cross governmental Shared Digital Carbon Architecture (SDCA) to enable consolidated reporting, visualization and forecasting of carbon for project portfolios to assist in analyzing where and how carbon output can be reduced and mitigated.
