SAP S/4 transformations are often presented as structured and predictable. In reality, especially in a global operational environment, the journey is far more complex.

In this session, Facil shares its global SAP S/4 journey across 20 locations in Europe, Asia and North America. As a fastener and supply chain partner operating close to OEM production lines, the ambition was to create a standardised, integrated and data‑driven operating model.

Together with CNT Management Consulting, a global template and phased rollout approach were defined and deployed across regions.
