Dr.-Ing. Michael Nuernberg is Vice President and Global Director Academic Partner Success at SAP University Alliances. He joined SAP in 1998, organizing Customer and Supplier Audits in the Global Quality Management team. Moving on to a product unit, he became Quality Manager and Release Manager for SAP's Mobile Business Solutions division. His next career step lead him to the Process Definition & Governance team (SAP internally known as the "PIL (Product Innovation Lifecycle) team - defining SAP’s process and product standards, ensuring all SAP products meet pre-defined quality criteria in a traceable fashion. After 6 years in that role he moved on the became the Head of Localization Cross Functions team within SAP’s Globalization Services unit dealing with localization and translation processes of SAP solutions.
Before joining SAP, he received a diploma in mechanical engineering from the Technical University Dortmund with a focus on Quality Management and Material Sciences. He wrote his PhD thesis on the topic of tolerance planning using simulation tools.

The center has been hosting SAP solutions for teaching, research and co-innovation for almost 25 years. Today, his team is providing teaching and learning environments to more than 850 universities in over 80 countries, mainly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Beside his various management positions, he contributed his expertise in global curriculum design and his passion to modern teaching to numerous development projects in teaching, research and industry. In addition, he is author of several academic textbooks.
Stefan is member of the SAP Academic Boards for German-speaking countries as well as for Sub-Sahara Africa and has recently received the SAP Community Award 2025 marketing, and healthcare around the world.
Carolin Roethemeier is a Research Associate at the SAP University Competence Center (UCC) Munich, where she supports universities and educators in integrating SAP solutions into teaching and learning. Her work spans curriculum development, academic enablement, and the implementation of SAP-based educational scenarios.
A particular focus of her activities is the Global Bike curriculum, one of the flagship learning environments used by universities worldwide to provide hands-on experience with SAP business processes. In addition, she is actively involved in initiatives that connect academia, research, and industry through innovative teaching approaches and SAP technologies.

Professor Constantin Marius Profiroiu teaches public policy and good governance at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where he is the Vice-Rector in charge of International Relations. He was Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Public Management from 2010 to 2016. He is a Fulbright Senior Alumnus having completed research at Martin School of Public Policy and Administration, University of Kentucky, in 2010-2011. Between 2014 and 2016, he was the President of the Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee). He has been a member of the European Statistical Governance Advisory Board (ESGAB) between 2015 and 2018. In 2001-2002 he used to be Director-general of the European Integration Department in Romania. He also held the post of State Secretary within the Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs between 2002 and 2004. He coordinated the public administration reform and was responsible for the PHARE program in the field of civil service reform and decentralization in Romania. Robert-Aurelian Șova is the President-elect of CECCAR as of 2026 and has been practicing as an expert accountant since 2006. He previously served as Vice-President and as President of the CECCAR Superior Council for two consecutive terms.
He is also a full professor at the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where he has developed his academic career since 1997.
