Participation fee includes admission to all sessions during the three event days, refreshments during breaks, lunch and the evening event. Travel, accomodation and other expenses are not included in the participation fee. The ticket is not transferable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation after August 31, 2025 requires full payment. It is possible to replace the originally registered participant with someone from the same company. In case your ticket is not paid in time before the event starts, your participation can only be guaranteed by direct payment via credit card at the entrance. In this case please inform us by sending a note to SAP_ALM_Summit@sap.com. Summit no-shows are ineligible for a refund.
Cancellation of the Event
SAP is entitlted to cancel the event if it cannot be held due to force majeure, if venue is unavailable at short notice, or if there are not enough participants to cover costs. Force majeure is to be assumed if SAP is prevented from providing the service by an external event that cannot be foreseen even with the utmost care that could reasonably be expected given the situation and could not be prevented with economically viable means, e.g. Natural disasters, political crisis situations (e.g. war), terrorist conflicts, strikes as well as epidemics, pandemics and comparable situations.
In the event that SAP has to shorten or cancel the event that has already started due to force majeure, the participant is not entitled to a refund on the partificipation fee already paid.
In the event of cancellation, the participant will receive the relevant information immediately and within 14 days a refund of the participation fee already paid. SAP will not assume any costs incurred by the participant due to possible expenses, such as travel and hotel expenses, or due to lost working hours.

Directions
The Darmstadtium is conveniently located in the heart of the Rhine-Main area with direct access to the A5 and A67 motorways.
The Frankfurt International Airport can be reached with the car in 20 minutes, by train or bus shuttle AirLiner in about 30 minutes. This stops directly in front of the Darmstadtium and runs continuously in 30-minute intervals.
The Darmstadt Central Station is located just a few minutes from Darmstadtium and is easily accessible by car and public transport.
