But some implementations shine particularly bright. Each year, we recognize the best of them at our annual SAP Quality Awards for Customer Success. This is our way of showcasing what we can achieve when we all combine our efforts and dedications. And our way of rewarding the hard work invested in each of these SAP projects.

All SAP customers with successful implementations of any SAP product can submit a nomination for the SAP Quality Awards for Customer Success as long as they have gone live and been in productive use between two and eighteen months prior to submission. The project size, duration and effort as well as the solution(s) in scope should be considered in order to determine the most appropriate category.
In 2024, the Quality Awards will be presented in the following categories: Business Transformation, Rapid Time to Value and Sustainability.
Our world is changing at an unprecedented pace. To navigate this quickly transforming landscape, companies need effective tools to manage these changes – and the best platforms for this job are SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP. Implementations of these two solutions are rewarded in the Business Transformation: Enterprise Solutions category.

This is why companies want to see their projects come to fruition and generate profit as quickly as possible. And this is precisely what the Rapid Time to Value award category is all about.

Each year, a number of companies in Central and Eastern Europe implement SAP solutions that facilitate such efforts. In order to promote their endeavors and grant them the recognition they deserve, we are introducing a new award category in this year’s SAP CEE Quality Awards for Customer Success – the SAP CEE Sustainability Award.
Therefore, we encourage all our customers who in the last year implemented a sustainability or ESG-related SAP project to apply for the 2023 SAP CEE Quality Awards for Customer Success.

The project, undertaken by TekLed Group and Natura Systems, aimed to standardize and integrate various business processes across multiple countries using SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and other SAP solutions. Key business needs included standardization of procurement, production, sales, finance processes, automation of sales and purchase process flows, reliable supply planning, fast access to financial data, and real-time stock inventory reporting.
The project aimed to enhance MOL's procurement processes using SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite and other technologies like DocuSign and RPA. Covering 14 countries and 46 companies, the project focused on process design, global template upgrade, supplier enablement, and central reporting. Key achievements included streamlined supplier management, efficient procurement planning, eAuction tool optimization, category management, paperless operations through eSignature, and RPA for sourcing approver automation. The project notably embraced Agile methodology and a comprehensive change management strategy, impacting over 2600 end-users.
