Jakob Kiblboeck is leading the SAP SuccessFactors team the CEE region. Starting at SAP in 2016, he was driving the platform, data & technologies solution in Austria in the years, and took on the role as Head of SuccessFactors in the beginning of 2020 this year. Jakob hold a double-degree in International Business Administration and CEMS Masters in International Management (MIM) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and ESADE Ramon Llull University in Barcelona. Before joining SAP, Jakob worked at Cisco System in Amsterdam and Austria as well as Pioneers, co-organizing one of the leading startup technology festival in Europe.

Sabrina Dick has been with SAP for 14 years in various roles within Finance and Consulting prior to joining HR. In 2017, she was appointed to the position of HR Director for Central & Eastern Europe, an organization of more than 6000 employees and 16 countries. She is a big believer in HR Digitalization as a vehicle to becoming more human as managers and employers. Sabrina finds her passion in helping people grow and live up to their potential while pursuing a clear purpose and having fun with it.

Her new book, The Human Moment has been longlisted for CMI’s Management Book of the Year 2020.
