Partner session: cbs – How AI can read, analyze, and automate railyard operations and document analysis
We will discuss two projects that demonstrate how AI can solve real-world problems today. First, a project with Genossenschaft Migros Ostschweiz (GMOS), a Swiss retail cooperative, which uses SAP Fiori and Smartglasses to automate manual processes in rail and truck yard operations. The Smartglasses reduce errors, speed up the process, and enhance worker safety by allowing them to look around rather than down at a mobile device.
The second project is an SAP-Fiori-based solution that integrates AI-powered document analysis into SAP, enabling automated processing of complex, human-readable documents without manual input. One key use case is processing Long Term Supplier Declarations, which streamlines compliance and data integration in SAP for greater efficiency and accuracy in supply chain management.
