The programme harmonised procurement processes across headquarters, clinics, and manufacturing sites in 55 countries within 18 months. Large-scale supplier and catalogue enablement, advanced stock procurement capabilities, automated user lifecycle management, and a robust Delegation of Authority workflow ensured global adoption, strong governance, and operational continuity.
