Impact through autism 2019

Maximising Talent Through Inclusion

The event took place in the heart of the City at the historic Old Billingsgate, on the 11th of April 2019. It was a large charity gala that had over 500 people in attendance.

Diverse Minds was an entire event dedicated to raising awareness and educating attendees on how those on the spectrum can bring invaluable people and minds into the workforce. We want to build a legacy. It was a wonderful unique experience that took place in the heart of the city at the iconic Old Billingsgate.

Unlock Talent
  • This event was the start of a revolutionary conversation – a company-wide movement built to position diversity and inclusion as crucial to unlocking the talent of the future.
  • SAP’s Autism at Work program aims to leverage the unique abilities and perspectives of people with autism. The program taps into an underutilized talent source, reducing the barriers of entry so qualified individuals can fully develop their potential. The program has been a huge success so far, and currently employs over 140 colleagues in 12 countries. In 2019 SAP UKI will be joining the global Autism at Work programme and celebrated this with a landmark charity gala.
