Chief Information Officer

As the Head of the ICT Department,  Inge is responsible for developing the ICT-strategy and the IT roadmap. She overviews the execution of the roadmap and has played a key role in enabling mobile field service within FARYS|TMVW.

Inge is also responsible for translating business strategy into an ICT-strategy and implements the overall ICT-program to achieve the companies’ goal.

Holger Schweinfurth
Chief Solution Expert SAP Utility Business Unit

Holger Schweinfurth works as a Chief Solution Expert within the Industry Business Utilities at SAP SE.
In this capacity, he guides global insights into utilities’ market trends and opportunities with a specific focus on any cross topic but also on energy
Holger spent most of his working career on international projects and solution management assignments within the technology industry.
He graduated from the Universities of Heidelberg and Leeds (UK) with a master degree in Economics and International Business Management.

Filip Kowalski
Head of Utilities & Natural Resources SAP Central Eastern Europe

In his current SAP position, he is responsible for cooperation with Energy & Utility companies and Industry Associations to set and bring new ideas where innovative SAP Technology can help to grow, drive additional value and answer to industry trends. Big enthusiast of Digital Transformation and IoT being also a part of various innovative SAP initiatives focused on Utility value chain.
He is also a member of Era-net smart grids plus initiative working group and plays an active role in FutureFlow initiative conducted with four Power Transmission Companies under Horizon 2020.
Before joining SAP, he worked for 15 years in big consulting companies conducting several big projects in the area of process & cost optimization, asset management, corporate planning in Utilities & Energy industry.

Gero Bieser
Chief Solution Expert SAP Utility Business Unit

After finishing his PhD in physics at the TU Munich, Gero Bieser joined the SAP Industry Business Unit Utilities in 1997. Since then he worked on a wide range of subjects – from Enterprise Asset Management to Customer Relationship Management and Smart Meters– and has been involved in numerous consulting projects in the global utility industry. In addition, he developed standard SAP implementation tools, led software development projects and collaborated with SAP Research on Smart Grid topics. Currently he focuses on how to leverage the latest SAP technology to integrate IT and OT systems to enable smart electricity and water networks.

Michael Lutz
Solution Expert

Michael Lutz is utilities industry solution expert out of SAP headquarters Walldorf/  Germany.

In this capacity, he is responsible for solution innovations in the area of power generation and renewable energy.

Michael is with SAP for 16 years working most of this time at utilities solution management related tasks. Prior to SAP, he was general manager at IFS and regional channel manager at Siemens Computer Systems Singapore.   

Michael graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Karlsruhe in Industrial and Production Engineering, and holds a degree as Technician for Electrical Engineering.


Juergen Bauer
CoE of Analytics for MEE

IT professional with 20 years of experience in Analytics across Sales, Presales, Business Development, Go-to-Market and Consulting.

He was running Analytics PreSales at BusinessObjects and SAP, before he took over the position as CoE for Analytics in MEE.  

Technical knowledge within Content Management Systems concepts, BI and Data Warehouse concepts &  architecture, BI Tools and SAP Predictive Analytics concepts and architecture.

Franco Furlan
MEE Solution CoE – Analytics & Insight

Franco works in the Solution Center of Excellence for the SAP Middle and Eastern Europe Region –which includes the CIS Market Unit –with a prevailing focus on Analytics & Insight, Enterprise Performance Management and specifically FS-PER.

He has been covering Enterprise Performance Management since 2003, first in OutlookSoft’s international operations, then in the SAP business development teams responsible for this business area.
