Conor is Director of Customer Service – Europe, Middle East and Africa at Pfizer with a focus on Business Process Improvement and Value Realisation using ERP, Analytics and Process Mining. He has over 22 years’ experience working with SAP across a number of companies and has managed over 30 implementations in this time. Prior to Pfizer, Conor worked for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Xansa, Elan Pharmaceuticals and National Medical Care. He has been an active member of the User Group since 2010 and is a committee member of the Ireland Special Interest Group.

Vivien is a Senior Director at the Center of Excellence for SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) in EMEA North at SAP. Besides demand generation enablement activities for the region, she provides expert knowledge about the SAP BTP foundation and app development to determine how customers can leverage the platform’s full potential. Vivien also holds keynotes and host panel discussions about the SAP BTP. To make the platform more tangible, she produces TikTok style videos about SAP BTP and its capabilities. Giuseppe Bruni has extensive board level experience in the fields of business model innovation, digital transformation and change management. In over 20 years Giuseppe has facilitated several Fortune 500 companies in the re-design of their business model and value proposition, the detailing of their target operating model, and the translation of their business goals into executable digital roadmaps. He directed IBM’s Value Creation Program for Europe and for ASEAN, has led the CEO Study 2008 as global program manager and led SAP’s APJ CXO Advisory practice

Kevin Flanagan is leading the RISE Cloud Architecture & Advisory team in EMEA North region and is part of the Global RISE Cloud Advisory team in SAP. He and his team are responsible for advising SAP customers on their transition to cloud, adoption of S/4 HANA and all technical, cybersecurity and operational aspects of the RISE with SAP offering. Kevin has held various roles within SAP during the past 19 years across product, services, and customer success functions.

Shantanu  brings around  25 years of sales, delivery & consulting experience. Shantanu has worked with large customers in Latam, Europe, Africa and AsiaPaciifc and working cross cultures on topics of Innovation & digital transformation is his forte.

He has been in SAP for over 12 years leads a host of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)  enablement, demand generation and customer support programs for Northern Europe as a part of the SAP Centre of Excellence. His particular interest is industry usecases and innovation. Shantanu’s current focus is BTP and its relevance to SAP RISE.

Shantanu has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Manchester Business School (UK). He is also a certified Messaging & storytelling coach from the Corporate Visions Inc (USA).

I work with various SAP customers on BTP topics with primary focussing on Clean Core approach for SAP S4 Extensibility and Integrations. I also work on BTP Demand Generation activities for SAP EMEA North mainly delivering BTP workshops and BTP adoption class for customers and partners. I have 20+ years of working experience with various SAP partners and customers. I joined SAP UK about a year and half ago. Outside work, I am a keen runner and cyclist. I participate in various sporting events throughout the year.
