SAP Integration Suite Enhanced Edition

SAP Integration Suite Enhanced Edition has significantly changed the upgrade conversation for existing SAP Integration Suite customers.

This session looks at why. Rather than simply adding capacity, Enhanced Edition brings together capabilities that address some of the biggest changes facing integration teams: exposing enterprise services safely to AI agents through MCP Gateway, accelerating development with AI-generated integration flows, AI-assisted error resolution and Groovy optimisation, strengthening API operations with anomaly detection and traffic prediction, and introducing Advanced Event Mesh as part of the edition.

The commercial packaging is also materially different. Enhanced Edition currently includes 500,000 messages per month, SAP Document AI, SAP Alert Notification Service, SAP Cloud Transport Management and an SAP Integration Suite, Advanced Event Mesh 100 tenant.

  • MCP Gateway - give agents controlled access to enterprise capabilities
    Learn how Integration Suite can expose existing SAP and non-SAP APIs, backend services and tools through MCP, while retaining enterprise security, traffic management, routing and governance. SAP made the MCP Gateway generally available in July 2026.
  • Build integrations differently with AI
    See an integration flow generated from a natural-language requirement, AI recommendations while designing a flow, and AI-assisted Groovy optimisation rather than starting every development from a blank canvas.
  • AI does not stop at development
    Explore AI-assisted message-processing error resolution, API anomaly detection, API traffic prediction and AI-generated OpenAPI specifications.
  • Advanced Event Mesh is now part of the conversation

SAP describes AEM as supporting real-time asynchronous communication, filtering, tracing and management across distributed hybrid and multi-cloud landscapes.
