At HR Connect we will discuss how to create a work environment that motivates, inspires and drives success. Today’s employees demand an experience from their HR systems similar to the experiences they get from the consumer systems they use every day.  This is HXM and it means a transition from HR processes to HR experiences.  Achieving it requires us to leverage both technology and psychology so we can more effectively reach every end user and deliver experiences based on their individual needs and expectations.  To fully understand the psychological element, we leverage a team of Organizational Psychologists to conduct original research on future of work trends. This session will highlight some examples of research insights connected to our solution strategy to showcase how we are putting the “X” in HXM.

Speaker: Harald Gjengstø, HR Director at Avarn Security

Avarn Security will talk about their HR transformation with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on transparency, training and compliance.

Speaker: Mette Olsson Årbø, People Development, P&O Competence & Learning Manager, Aker BP
