All SAP Select and SAP Sapphire Orlando sessions will be held at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Expedited daily transportation for SAP Select guests will be provided between the headquarter hotels and the OCCC. SAP Select guests will also have access to all-day dining and a dedicated networking lounge within the conference venue.

Located approximately 50 – 60 minutes from the OCCC and The Ritz-Carlton.

Ground Transportation

SAP Select guests can take advantage of discounted rates on personal ground transfers to and from local airports through Mears. Advance registrations are strongly encouraged, due to high local demand. A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. You can make your reservation online using this link, or by contacting Mears Transportation at 407-254-0474. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available in Orlando.

SAP Select will provide exclusive transportation between all SAP Select and SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference Orlando activities. This transportation includes convenient, expedited drop-off at the North Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).

If you do not stay at either The Ritz-Carlton Orlando or JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, any associated transportation costs to The Ritz-Carlton from your alternate hotel for special events will be your responsibility.

Travel Tip for U.S. travelers flying to Orlando

For U.S. travelers: 
Starting May 7, 2025, the US Department of Homeland Security will require U.S.A. travelers to either have a valid passport or be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights.

For non-U.S.A. travelers:
Passport: 
Make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip and has at least six months of validity remaining after your intended return date.

Travel Visa:
Ensure you have the necessary visa or meet the requirements for the Visa Waiver Program if applicable.

Consult with your local governmental travel advisory to confirm latest guidance for traveling to the US.

Suggested Attire

Suggested attire for SAP Select is a business casual. Jeans are perfectly acceptable for the evening events.

Conference Badge & Check-In

Once you have arrived in Orlando, make sure to visit one of the two SAP Select registration locations to check in and retrieve your conference materials. A conference badge will be issued to you upon check-in for SAP Select and SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference Orlando, and must be worn at all conference activities. Special credentials are required for all evening events.

The pickup location details will be published closer to the event dates.

Event Venue

All SAP Select and SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference Orlando sessions will be held at the award-winning Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), in the North Concourse, Level 2. Expedited daily transportation for SAP Select guests will be provided between The Ritz-Carlton and the JW Marriott, Grande Lakes hotels and the North Concourse of the OCCC.

For attendees who plan to drive to the OCCC, we recommend parking in the North parking area since SAP Select activities and registration are located in the North Concourse. See below for fees and other parking details.

Parking

OCCC: Parking rate is $20 plus tax ($21.30) per standard vehicle, and $40 plus tax ($42.60) for oversized vehicles. Prices may increase by event and availability of parking. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes: Valet Parking daily rate $55 USD plus tax. No self-parking available.

JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes: Valet Parking daily rate $54 USD plus tax. Self parking daily rate $38 USD plus tax.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available at the conference venue.  You can find the login information in the event app or printed on your conference badge.

Accessibility

Transportation: Many buses on the shuttle route are equipped with lifts and meet the needs of individuals with limited mobility. You can find more information on location by going to the transportation booth outside the South Concourse of the OCCC or by contacting us.
