Josh has over 30 years of experience in the industry as a computer programmer, systems analyst, author, consultant, and industry analyst. Having helped pioneer coverage of the enterprise software market in the late 1980s, he moved to Europe in 1991 and worked as an industry analyst and as European correspondent for several tech publications. While based in Paris Josh began his coverage of the ERP space and wrote the first technical analysis of SAP’s R/3 for the US market in 1992. Josh founded Enterprise Applications Consulting in 1998 and has been a pioneering independent analyst, consultant and close watcher of SAP and its ecosystem ever since.

As vice president for application lifecycle management (ALM), Tim Steuer leads the customer communications and relations team that drives roll in and rollout of the SAP Cloud ALM solution, SAP Solution Manager, and Focused Run.​

Tim has over 25 years SAP experience, thereof 20 years in Application Lifecycle management.

Sören Ruder is the CPO and Global Head of Customer Experience & Solutions at SAP which covers solutions as SAP Cloud ALM and the RISE Dashboard. During his 11 years at SAP, Sören has served as an Enterprise Architect, Product Manager and Executive Business Assistant to the CEO. Within these roles, he has gained deep knowledge on SAP’s strategy and its customer’s transformations. Sören lives in Germany and holds a master’s degree in Business Informatics.

Pratibha Kumar Sood leads Product Marketing efforts for RISE with SAP offering including key programs such as the RISE with SAP methodology and SAP clean core principles that help enable a successful customer transformation journey to cloud ERP. With extensive experience running cloud migration and modernization programs, Ms. Sood is passionate about unlocking customer success in the cloud by meeting their needs through innovation solutions and building scalable programs that drive successful outcomes. 

Todd Crandall is the Head of Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) for SAP in North America, where he leads Consulting and Premium engagement teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive cloud transformations across various industries. With a team of experts in project management, consulting, support, and operations, he ensures customers maximize the value of SAP solutions. Before joining SAP in 2016, Todd held several leadership roles at HCL Technologies, including Executive Vice President for Vertical Solutions, where he achieved significant growth. He has extensive experience in sales, business development, and consulting leadership. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
