Damon O’Neill is a Senior Specialist with SAP SuccessFactors.  In his role, Damon focuses on supporting clients in their HR Transformation and Move to the Cloud.  This includes helping them build their business plan to support their strategic HR initiatives. Damon has 15 years experience in supporting clients in Central & Eastern Europe across multiple industries. 

Damon is passionate about HR and its strategic role in supporting a company’s business objectives and participates often in thought leadership initiatives and pushing the boundaries of what HR is all about. A strong believer in the creativity, drive and ingenuity that is present in Central & Eastern Europe, Damon was one of the founders of the SAP SuccessFactors CEE HR Innovation Challenge, which strives for promoting strategic HR programs and their creators from CEE that have made a significant business impact.

Andrey Kulikov

Andrey Kulikov is a Business Transformation Advisor with SAP SuccessFactors. In his role Andrey focuses on creating strategic plans for customers to help them drive HR transformation and build commercial justification for the change.

Andrey has over 13 years of experience in HR software consulting, designing and delivering HR Transformation projects in different industries in Russia and Eastern Europe.

He has worked at SAP for 6 years, with his previous roles including: Senior Consultant and Team Lead in various SAP HCM implementation projects and Solution Architect and Training Team Lead for local software vendor. During that time he was acting as a trusted advisor on best practices in terms of solution design, implementation, training and change management related to various HR solutions.

Andrey holds a Master in Computer Sciences from Kursk State University
