Conference Fees

30000 INR + 18% GST

Participation fee includes admission to all sessions during the three event days, refreshments during breaks, lunch and the networking dinner. Travel, accommodation and other expenses are not included in the participation fee.

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation allowed once registered.

It is possible to replace the originally registered participant with someone from the same company by 5th July 2024. In this case please inform us by sending a mail to sap.almsummit.apj@sap.com.

Cancellation of the Event

SAP is entitled to cancel the event if it cannot be held due to force majeure, if venue is unavailable at short notice, or if there are not enough participants to cover costs. Force majeure is to be assumed if SAP is prevented from providing the service by an external event that cannot be foreseen even with the utmost care that could reasonably be expected given the situation and could not be prevented with economically viable means, e.g Natural disasters, political crisis situations (e.g. war), terrorist conflicts, strikes as well as epidemics, pandemics and comparable situations.

In the event that SAP has to shorten or cancel the event that has already started due to force majeure, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee already paid.
