Where is SAP Customer Experience LIVE located?

SAP Customer Experience LIVE will be held at the Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via venue, North Access (Hall 8), Carrer del Foc, 37, 08038 Barcelona on Wednesday, October 10 and Thursday, October 11.

How can I complete payment for my registration?

Registration for SAP Customer Experience LIVE is not considered confirmed until payment is received in full. No admittance to SAP Customer Experience LIVE will be granted without payment being received in full. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please note, the bank transfer option will be turned off on October 1, 2018, 5:00 p.m. CET. After this date, payment can be made by credit card only.

What if I can’t attend, after I have registered? Can I transfer my conference pass to someone else?

Registration substitutions are only permitted between employees from the same company. There is no fee for name-change substitutions if no payment information is changed. A €150 + 21% Spanish VAT administrative fee will apply to any substitutions requiring updates to payment information. A registrant must submit a completed substitution and send an e-mail to SAP will not accept a substitution request over the telephone. If a substitution is required on site, SAP will accept a written request on company letterhead.

When should I to arrive to make the most of my SAP Customer Experience LIVE experience?

We recommend that all attendees arrive at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via not later than 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 10. You don’t want to miss our inspiring keynotes!

Where and when can I check in for SAP Customer Experience LIVE?

All SAP Customer Experience LIVE attendees must have an event badge. Airport registration will be open in the baggage reclaim area of Terminal 1 and in the Bus Departure Area in Terminal 1 of Barcelona El-Prat Airport on Wednesday, October 10, from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.


You can also register at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via, at our registration desk on the main floor (Hall 8), beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10 and Thursday, October 11.

What are interactive experiences and how many should I plan to attend?

The interactive experiences at SAP Customer Experience LIVE are exclusive events taking place during the conference, where we will be highlighting key trends and points of interest impacting the market today, as well as giving you ample opportunity to get your own questions answered. Our Technology Master Classes and Meet the Experts area give you the opportunity to get hands-on learning and personalized solutions to the challenges and questions facing your business. Our Hackathon is scheduled for Oct. 9-10, preceding the conference regular hours, and is focused on using SAP Customer Experience solutions to develop real-world applications that connect people with purpose. We encourage you to attend as many interactive experiences as your schedule allows!

How do I sign up for the interactive experiences?

Many of the event showcases are open to visit any time during the show floor hours. Some, however, do have limited space and require participants to sign up in advance. These include our Technology Master Classes and our Meet the Experts area.


For Master Classes, pre-registration is required and must be done in advance, via our Agenda Builder. To schedule a Meet the Experts session, sign up in advance on-site.

What is the SAP Customer Experience LIVE Hackathon?

The Hackathon is a side event at SAP Customer Experience LIVE. This 24-hour hands-on coding hackathon will be held the day before the main event, on October 9. Participants will put their skills to the test and show off their technology dexterity by creating a prototype using SAP Customer Experience solutions.


To register for the hackathon, check the “Put your developer skills to the test” box during registration for the main event.

Will I be able to check my luggage at SAP Customer Experience LIVE?

We will happily store your baggage for you during your time at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Please have your event badge prior to checking your luggage.

How can I get to the Fira Barcelona Gran Via from my hotel?

We will be providing complimentary shuttle transportation from the Airport to the official Conference Hotels reflected in our Registration process and between those Hotels and the Fira Barcelona Gran Via. We recommend you travel to and from the venue and your hotel via taxi or Metro.
