Transportation between the airport and official conference hotels

 

We recommend using standard shuttle or taxi service from the airport to your hotel. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 12 miles from the OCCC.

 

Mears Transportation offers a discounted round-trip shuttle between the airport and official conference hotels. Download your coupon and then book your reservation online. Present your coupon or reservation number at a Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counter.

Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the OCCC and all official conference hotels, except those within walking distance of the convention center.

Parking at the OCCC

 

Conference registration is on the west side of the building, so please use the west parking area. All parking at the OCCC is first-come, first-serve. The parking fee is US$15 per car.

Special assistance

 

Many buses on the shuttle routes are equipped with lifts, and meet the needs of individuals with limited mobility.  For information, send an email to transportation services, or go to the transportation booth located outside the West Concourse.  Contact your hotel for questions about accessibility at its property.

International attendees

 

If you need to provide an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one during the registration process. Once you have completed your registration and payment, conference management will review your request for an invitation letter. Upon approval, you will receive a PDF of the invitation letter through e-mail. If you have already registered without requesting an invitation letter, you can use the Access My Registration function to revisit your registration and complete your request for a Letter of Invitation.
