Ramon Ray

Editor and Founder of Smart Hustle Magazine, Founder of Black Education Fund, Producer of Survive and Thrive Growth Summit, Ramon Ray is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker. He’s also the founder and producer of Smart Hustle Media, he’s started four companies and sold two. Ramon has authored four books and his latest book is “Celebrity CEO – How Entrepreneurs Can Thrive By Building a Strong Personal Brand.”

 

He has been invited as an expert witness to the United States Congress, invited by the Office of the President of the United States to speak at the White House on personal branding. He’s interviewed President Obama in the President’s first live Google Hangout and was part of the US Delegation to India, led by Ivanka Trump for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit.

 

Ramon is not just an ivory tower geek, but as a former technology consultant, he has hands-on experience in a variety of technologies including social media, mobile computing, computer networks, online software, and more. His expertise is in technology, marketing, sales, business startup, and growth and his favorite is personal branding.

Ragunath Ramanathan

Ragunath Ramanathan is a seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of experience. After joining SAP in 2004, Ragunath has held a variety of leadership positions in strategy, product management, Industries and sales, most recently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer of Platform & Technology Group.

Tina Rosario

Chief Data Officer, Europe

In this customer facing role, Tina is responsible for helping SAP customers drive data innovation typically as an important component of an enterprise wide transformation initiative.

As a business strategy professional, Tina has more than 25 years of experience in business process re-engineering, defining business impact and leading transformation programs.  

 

When Tina moved to Paris in 2016 she extended her Chief Data Officer practitioner role to become the head of data innovation, where she works directly with senior business executives to design a data management approach, future state information management capabilities and consult with executives on the design and execution of their data strategy.    

 

Tina led SAP’s own enterprise data strategy and helped build the organization which has delivered over 75 million euros of benefit to SAP. Her expertise ranges from building best practice enterprise programs, defining data management innovations, driving data technology development, and managing teams of data stewards and data operations.  

 

A recognized expert in information management, Tina is regularly requested to speak at industry events.  She spends a significant amount of time presenting SAP’s point of view on the power of data and a data-driven culture.

 

Tina has two big passions:  data and diversity.

 

She serves as President of the European chapter of the Women in Big Data network whose mission is to promote diversity in the field of data management. She runs a program with over 6,000 members across EMEA targeted at providing training, awareness, mentoring and job sharing in the growing field of big data (including ML, AI, Data Science, IoT and Data Warehousing). 

 

Prior to joining SAP, Tina’s career grew through strategy consulting positions at McKinsey and Accenture.

     

Matthew Zenus

Matthew Zenus has over 25 years of experience in enterprise software strategy, development, sales, and go-to-market. He is currently responsible for the product and solution management for all SAP databases and cloud database services including SAP HANA.

Haridas Nair is Global Head of Cross Product Management for SAP HANA Database & Analytics business with a focus on driving cross product requirements across the entire portfolio (SAP HANA, Data Intelligence, Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud). His experience spans enterprise and consumer software across cloud, mobile and big data.

Jeremy D. Rader

General Manager of Enterprise Strategy & Solutions for Data Platforms Group

Jeremy D. Rader is the General Manager of Enterprise Strategy & Solutions (ESS) in Intel’s Data Platforms Group (DPG), Cloud & Enterprise Solutions (CESG) organization. He leads enterprise ecosystem partnerships and solution integration to highlight the value of IA in the data center. Collaborating across Intel, ESS focuses on providing the enterprise platform and solution requirements and ecosystem enabling strategies.

 

Rader joined DPG in 2015 where he led as the Sr. Director of the Data-Centric Solutions (DCS) organization responsible for accelerating enterprise customers’ digital transformation by delivering analytics & AI solutions enabled by partners and scaled through the industry.

  

Prior to joining DPG in 2015, Rader served fifteen years in Intel’s IT organization culminating in his role as Director of Business Intelligence, leading Intel’s global team responsible for driving advanced analytics and insights across manufacturing, sales & marketing, supply chain, and finance. Earlier in his Intel career, he held positions in the eBusiness group and supply chain organization. Rader joined Intel in 1997 as a Materials Services Manager in Intel’s manufacturing business.
