Munich Marriott Hotel City West as a modern event venue


The Munich Marriott Hotel City West is located near the main train station. It features guest rooms and suites, along with meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art conference center. You can also book other hotels as per your convenience. The Welcome Reception of the Summit takes place at the ground floor in the websthub bar & lounge of the hotel starting 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 13.

Evening Event: Dinner and Acrobatic Show at SAP Garden

 

Join us for an evening event at the SAP Garden on Monday, April 14. This groundbreaking sports and event center, located in Munich's Olympic Park, opened in 2025 and is renowned for its modern design and technology-driven facilities supported by SAP innovations. The modern venue is home to icehockey and basketball clubs, such as EHC Red Bull Munich and FC Bayern Munich. Enjoy an exquisite dinner while being entertained by captivating show acts in this vibrant location.

Ground Transportation

Please note that transfer is offered from/to Munich Airport and the Munich Marriott Hotel City West. In case of any updates or questions related to transportation, please contact Benjamin Hirschmann (00491633871088).

Parking and Directions

There is a parking garage at the Munich Marriott Hotel City West. SAP will cover the cost. In case you park at the Munich Marriott Hotel City West, please inform the hotel on-site that you are a SAP MaxAttention Summit participant. Please note that there are only a limited number of parking spaces in the hotel. First come - first serve.

On-Site Registration

Sunday, April 13, registration takes place in the lobby at the Summit hotel starting at 4:00 p.m. From Monday, April 14, starting at 8:00 a.m., register at the desk on the ground floor of the hotel. Please wear the name badge you receive at all times during the event. Contact us if you have any questions related to the registration.
