Munich Marriott Hotel City West as a modern event venue


The Munich Marriott Hotel City West is located near the main train station. It features guest rooms and suites, along with meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art conference center. You can also book other hotels as per your convenience. The Welcome Reception of the Summit takes place at Level 0 in the Websthub Bar & Lounge of the hotel starting 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 13.

Find below relevant information regarding the transfer offered between the airport and/or train station and the hotel as well as related to parking and what to consider to receive your badge on-site.

Ground Transportation

Please note that transfer is offered from/to Munich Airport and the Munich Marriott Hotel City West. In case of any updates or questions related to transportation, please contact Benjamin Hirschmann (00491633871088).

Parking and Directions

There is a parking garage at the Munich Marriott Hotel City West (Directions). SAP will cover the cost. In case you park at the Munich Marriott Hotel City West, please inform the hotel on-site that you are a Summit participant. Please note that there are only a limited number of parking spaces in the hotel. First come - first serve.

On-Site Registration

Register at the registration desk in the hotel lobby, ground floor (Level 0).
Sunday, April 13: From 4:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Monday, April 14 and Tuesday, April 15: From 8:00 a.m.
