The ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg


The ATLANTIC Hotel is located directly in the centre of Heidelberg next to the central train station and the new Congress Center. It offers elegant rooms with exceptional comfort that ensure a first-class quality of stay. You can also book other hotels as per your convenience. The Welcome Reception of the Summit takes place at the ATLANTIC Hotel starting 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23.

Find below relevant information regarding the transfer offered between the airport and/or train station and the hotel as well as related to parking and what to consider to receive your badge on-site.

Ground Transportation

Please note that transfer is offered from/to Frankfurt Airport to the ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg and Congress Center Heidelberg. In case of any updates or questions related to transportation, please contact Benjamin Hirschmann (00491633871088).

Parking and Directions

There is a parking garage at the Congress Center and the ATLANTIC hotel. SAP will cover the cost. In case you park at the ATLANTIC hotel, please inform the hotel on-site that you are a SAP MaxAttention Summit participant. Please note that there are only a limited number of parking spaces in the hotel. First come - first serve.

On-Site Registration

Tuesday, April 23, registration takes place at the ATLANTIC hotel. From Wednesday, April 24, register at the desk on the ground floor of the Congress Center. Please wear the name badge you receive at all times during the event. Contact us if you have any questions related to the registration.
