Learn how integrating well-being and DE&I into the design of work is the next step in creating a workforce experience where employees feel like they belong and are valued.

Employee mental health and an organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) practices are closely connected. Poor employee mental health is often a sign that an organization’s DE&I strategy needs improvement. Underrepresented minorities often face unconscious bias, microaggressions and other stressors that impact their mental health and psychological safety at work. Join our discussion as we explore how the two topics intersect and what can be done to promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
