Hiromi Hara is the Managing Director of SAP Labs Japan and a Managing Corporate Officer of SAP Japan. She constantly seeks ways to do things differently and creatively during her career in the IT industry around 25 years. Her passion leads to applying a human-centered approach in customer and partner engagements to help them find new ways of doing their businesses. Her motivation to grow together in a highly diverse environment led her to join classes for future global leaders as a session speaker or instructor in graduate school or one of the top universities in Japan.

Huang Yi has worked at SAP for 8 years. She joined the IES AICOE team as a Lead Data Scientist, working on delivering SAP’s internal AI / Machine Learning projects in 2021. Huang Yi acquired her Ph.D. degree in Machine Learning from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2011. She has 15 years of experience in software and Data Science / Machine Learning development.

Maria Tzatsou is a Principal Data Scientist in the SAP Data Science Team in the Global Center of Excellence for Business Technology Platform with over 15 years of experience in data science and analytical projects. She is an expert in designing and developing software solutions using mathematical, statistical, analytical and data mining techniques. Her precious spare time is spent meeting and traveling with friends and family, sailing and recently playing padel tennis.

Mary Shinn is Managing Director of SAP Korea. An expert with more than 30 years of experience in IT and finance areas, Mary is currently leading the Business Women’s Network program in SAP Korea and is working as a mentor for career growth of female executives and employees of SAP Korea. She held several management positions at SAP Korea since joining in July 2012, contributing to the efficient operation and growth of the company in the market.

With over 18 years of experience in various SAP solutions, Pavithra is extremely passionate about Artificial Intelligence topic specifically in the context of making Intelligent Sustainable Enterprise real for SAP customers. Being part of SAP AI Product Success Organization, she is currently leading the AI Frontrunners team in India spearheading various initiatives to accelerate the adoption of AI in SAP solutions. Pavithra is also part of the trustworthy AI workstream at SAP that is responsible for operationalizing the global SAP AI Ethics Policy across different phases of development, deployment, maintenance, support, sale and use of AI systems.

As Head of SAP User Enablement, Sindhu leads a global unit which provides a consistent, intelligent, and personalized enablement for SAP's entire product portfolio. Last year, Sindhu was recognised among Fortune's Top 50 Most Powerful Business Leaders. She serves as the Board of Directors at Qualtrics International Inc, Titan Company Ltd and the Advisory Board of Ever Loop by SAP.

Susanna has extensive experience consulting into enterprises on sustainable business and climate change, and has held leadership positions at a range of technology, life science, and start-up businesses including Yara International. Based in Singapore for over a decade, Susanna holds an MBA in International Business from Leopold-Franzens Universität in Innsbruck, Austria.

She provides support for solution architecture and rapid prototyping using SAP’s Intelligent Technologies. She also works with SAP’s global business partners and start-up ecosystem in integrating their devices and services to SAP’s Business Processes.
