The Barcelona-El Prat Airport has two passenger terminals. Terminal 1 is the main terminal and oversees both domestic and international services of major airlines. Terminal 2 groups the former terminals A, B and C under the abbreviations T2a, T2b, and T2c. The airport is approximately a 15-minute drive to The Hotel Arts Barcelona (17 km). The taximeter rate is approximately €30 each way.

SAP Select does not provide ground transportation. All conference activities will be taking place within Hotel Arts Barcelona. Additional sleeping rooms are being offered at the Hotel Sofitel Skipper Barcelona which is a quick walk to Hotel Arts.

Ride share or taxi services are recommended for transportation to and from the airport or for guests staying at hotels that are a further distance to Hotel Arts. Alternatively, guests are welcome to arrange private transfers from/to the airport by contacting the concierge teams at their hotels via e-mail. Charges will be posted to the guest room account to be paid upon check-out.

This will also safeguard against extra costs (VAT and breakfast) that may be incurred in non-SAP Select hotels.

Suggested attire for SAP Select is business casual. Jeans are perfectly acceptable for all SAP Select sessions and activities, including evening events.

A conference badge will be issued to you upon check-in for SAP Select and must be worn during all conference activities. Special credentials may be required for the SAP Select evening events.
