Lisa Schendelaar has worked on SuccessFactors since joining Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) in 2014. Originally specializing in the Performance & Talent modules, she is now application owner for the full suite of SuccessFactors for CCEP. Her role today includes managing a team of subject matter experts, advising on product enhancements, encouraging user adoption and the reimplementation of SuccessFactors modules following a recent company merger.
