Conference Venues
There are two main conference venues for SAP Select in Berlin:
The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin
Potsdamer Platz 3,

The Berlin Marriott Hotel
Inge-Beisheim-Platz 1,

Local Airports
There are two main airports in the city: Berlin Tegel (TXL), located in the northwest and Berlin Schoenefeld (SXF), located in the southeast. Both are international airports, but Schoenefeld mostly caters to charter flights and low-budget carriers like EasyJet and Ryanair.
Ground Transportation
Standard car or taxi service is recommended for traveling between the airport and your hotel. You will be responsible for all ground transportation between your hotel and the conference venues. No conference transportation will be provided.
From Airport Tegel to The Ritz-Carlton Berlin & Berlin Marriott Hotels:
Public Transportation: Take the bus X9 Bus towards “Zentrum“ until railway station “Zoologischen Garten”. Use then the underground U2 towards "Pankow“ and get off at "Potsdamer Platz”. Allow 40 minutes for the journey.
By Taxi: Allow 25 minutes for the journey; taxi fee is about €22.00.
From Airport Schoenefeld to The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin & the Berlin Marriott Hotel:
Public Transportation: Use the shuttle until S-Bahnhof Schönefeld, take then the airport-express (every 30 minutes) until Alexanderplatz and use the underground U2 towards “Ruhleben”. Get off atPotsdamer Platz. Allow 55 minutes for the journey.
By Taxi: Allow 40 minutes for the journey; taxi fee is about €38.00.
Conference Badge
Your conference badge is required to access The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, the Berlin Marriott Hotel and all SAP Select conference activities, including evening events. Please be prepared to show your badge to conference staff if requested when entering the hotel or the evening event venue.

Be sure to download the event app – it is the best resource for the latest information regarding personal agendas, program updates and logistics. You can also take advantage of the attendee networking feature, which allows you to send private messages to SAP Select attendees and arrange to meet with your peers while onsite.

WiFi
Complimentary wifi will be available at the conference venue. You can find the login information in the event app or on your conference badge.
Attire
The suggested dress for the conference is business professional and business casual for the evening events - jeans are perfectly acceptable.
Cameras & Recording
No videography or photography is allowed due to privacy restrictions unless done by the official event photographer.
