Substitutions are permitted only if you are substituting your registration with someone from the same company. There is no service fee for name change substitutions if the payment information remains the same. A US$150 service fee will apply to any substitutions requiring payment changes.
To initiate a substitution, re-access your registration using the Access My Registration function and select the “Substitute Registration” link. You will need the name and e-mail of the individual to complete the substitution process. Registration substitutions do not automatically update your hotel reservation. Changes to an existing hotel reservation should be made online prior to substituting your registration. Please use the Access My Registration function and select “Book/Modify My Hotel.” You will need the guest’s last name and Passkey Acknowledgment Number to log in; this information can be found in the hotel acknowledgment e-mail. An automatic response will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please keep this e-mail for your records.

After April 27, 2020, contact your hotel directly for changes and cancellations. Any changes to an existing hotel reservation are subject to availability.
