Revised Policies

With the transition from an in-person event to a digital program, the following policies have been revised.
Housing Policy

 

If you booked your hotel through the official SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference housing Web site, your reservation will be automatically cancelled without any further action needed from you.  If you booked your accommodations directly with any hotel, you will need to contact them directly to cancel.

 

Note: No deposits have been charged to your credit card at this point.

Registration and Refund Policy

 

Registrants that have paid their fees can choose between two options:

 

  • Roll over your total paid 2020 registration fees (including fees paid to attend SAP Global Partner Summit or an ASUG Pre-conference Seminar, where applicable) to SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference in 2021, scheduled to be held in Orlando, Florida on June 8–10, 2021.
  • Request a full conference refund. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of your selection to receive refund.

 

To make your selection please log in to “Access My Registration.” 

 

Note:  If you do not make your selection by Thursday, April 30, 2020, your registration fees will automatically roll over to SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference in 2021.
