Thinking Big: How HR Can Change the World

In this day and age, every business is a global business as organizations routinely reach across borders to find talent or rely on an increasingly diverse workforce at home. HR is thinking big about how to manage the challenges and opportunities that diversity brings with it: from gender parity to pay equity to wellbeing at work. Join us for a lively and thought-provoking closing session as SAP leaders discuss the changing nature of work with luminaries like Michael J. Fox and Arianna Huffington. We’ll examine what inclusivity and diversity really mean in today’s workplace--and consider how new, more creative ways of thinking can help us work more passionately to increase productivity, foster innovation, address talent scarcity, and drive performance at our organizations.
