We accept three forms of payment: credit card, company check, and wire transfer. 

 
Cancellation and Refund Policy

A US$350 service charge applies to all full conference registration cancellations. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received on or before Friday, August 26, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. ET. SAP will not issue refunds on cancellations received after August 26, 2016. A registrant must provide the registration confirmation number and submit a written cancellation request either via e-mail to sapteched@sapevents.com or via fax to +1 413-653-9014. SAP will not accept a cancellation request over the telephone.

 

Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

 

Registration Substitution Policy

Registration substitutions are only permitted between employees from the same company. There is no fee for name-change substitutions if no payment information is changed. A US$150.00 administrative fee will apply to any substitutions requiring updates to payment information. A registrant must submit a completed substitution form [PDF] via fax to +1 413-653-9014. SAP will not accept a substitution request over the telephone. If a substitution is required on site, SAP will accept a written request on company letterhead.

 

Registration cancellation or substitution does not automatically affect a registrant's hotel reservation. The registrant is responsible for contacting the hotel property directly to make any changes or to cancel an existing hotel reservation. A hotel reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of the first-night deposit. Registrants who fail to check in on their scheduled arrival date (no-show), forfeit their first-night deposit (room rate, plus hotel tax) and the remaining nights of their reservation will be automatically canceled. SAP is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalty.

 

SAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend SAP TechEd.


Discount Hotel Rates

The official hotel block has been filled, however, rooms at the Venetian and Palazzo may still be available. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about current availability and rates by calling 877-385-3885 or book a room online.

 

Fortunately, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Bureau reports that many hotels on or near The Strip have availability during our conference dates. Explore www.visitlasvegas.com, the official Las Vegas travel site, or any other hotel booking site to find hotel accommodations near the Venetian|Palazzo.

SAP employees must contact SAP Group Travel for assistance in booking a hotel for your stay in Las Vegas.

 

Hotel Reservation Help or to Change, or Cancel Hotel Reservation

If you have any questions or need to change or cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the Venetian Resort Services department directly at 877-385-3885.

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your hotel reservation, and you want to get your deposit back, be sure to do so 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, or don’t show up on the date you’re scheduled to check in, you’ll lose your deposit and your reservation will be automatically cancelled. SAP is not responsible for any lost deposits, charges, or penalties associated with cancellations or no-shows. Please contact the hotel directly at 877-385-3885.

Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package
Participation Rules

Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package participants should NOT register independently. Each participant should wait to receive an invitation-to-register e-mail from the lead registrant. All five registrants must be employed by the same company, possess the same e-mail address domain, and be registering for the same location in order to take advantage of this package. If a Buy 4, Get 5 participant registers on their own, they will be required to cancel their own registration and pay the US$350 service charge before they can register under the Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package.

 

This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. SAP employees are not eligible to participate and/or purchase registrations for this promotion.

 

We accept three forms of payment: credit card, company check, and wire transfer. Once we receive full payment, we will provide the lead registrant with an invitation console from which they can register themselves for the event and send invitations to register to the four additional participants from their company taking advantage of the package. Each invitation console permits a maximum of five registration entries. Each registrant must complete his/her own registration.

 

Unused portions of the Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package are forfeited and ineligible for a refund. No exceptions.
