Exhibitor Console



The Exhibitor Console will assist the logistic contacts in managing your company's presence at the conference.


The following information is required to access the console:


Username/Logistics' E-mail – the primary logistics contact's e-mail address



The Exhibitor Console will allow you to:

  • Invite your team to register and book hotel rooms 
  • View a task list with deadlines specific to your participation
  • Upload your logo and company description (revisions should be sent to your exhibit manager)
  • Print your agreements and invoices
  • Purchase marketing sponsorships
