Exhibitors using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor(s) [EAC], or non-official show contractor, must complete the EAC Request form and submit insurance certificates for each EAC. An EAC is a company other than the "official" service provider for the SAP TechEd Las Vegas Exhibitor Program designated by show management as the provider of a specific service (i.e. Freeman, FMP, The Venetian|Palazzo Congress Center) and includes hostesses and performers. The EAC may only provide services that are not designated as "exclusive" to a venue provider.
Note: Most Gold Plus, Gold, and Silver level exhibitors will not need to complete this form.
The EAC Request form is be completed online, as follows:
- Log in to your Exhibitor Console
- Go to your Task List / Required Actions
- Find Request to Use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, click on "Complete Now", and complete the form
Reminder: The exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that the EAC identified in the online form submit a certificate of insurance. This is in addition to the exhibitor's insurance requirement. Please provide the insurance company with the following information which is necessary to prepare the certificate.

Employers' liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000.00 per accident covering all of Exhibitor’s personnel performing work at The Venetian|Palazzo Congress Center property
Comprehensive commercial general liability insurance with contractual indemnity coverage and combined single limits in the minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 per occurrence for personal injury and property damage
Commercial automobile liability insurance with coverage for owned, non-owned, rented and borrowed automobiles with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000.00
