Boeing Transformation - The Plane Story
Boeing, the world's largest aerospace company, is embarking upon a digital transformation of enterprise systems and processes to enhance competitiveness as they enter their second century of operation. In addition to the company-wide implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, the 2nd Century Enterprise Systems (2CES) program also encompasses Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM). The objective is to improve enterprise-wide cost, schedule and quality performance while creating a platform to enable advancements in digital capabilities such as advanced analytics, AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT, Digital Twins and Additive Manufacturing.
