A Call to Lead  is a world-class event and podcast series hosted by SAP’s Jennifer Morgan. Founded in 2016, A Call to Lead brings together a renowned leaders in business, media, academia, politics, and culture who are shaping the future of leadership. Now in its fourth year, the program has expanded beyond an annual  C-suite client program (preceding the SAPPHIRE® NOW and ASUG Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida) to include a podcast and other marquee events around the globe.

Jennifer Morgan, President, Cloud Business Group and the first American woman to sit on the Executive Board of SAP,  has been named one of Fortune Magazine’s Most Powerful Women in Business and one of Forbes‘ Most Powerful Women in Technology. One of Jennifer’s core notions is that the palette of leadership has expanded dramatically since she started her career 27 years ago. More leadership styles and profiles have emerged, adding complexity and opportunity for every leader.

A Call to Lead brings those new profiles and lessons of leadership to life. Over the past four years, A Call to Lead has featured former U.S. Presidents Obama and Bush, former First Lady Michelle Obama, Dr. Jill Biden, former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, senior executives at Nike, Costco, GE, Accenture, as well as gold medal-winning Olympic athletes and some of the world’s most distinguished thinkers.
