We are honored to have Coach Lindsay Gottlieb, head coach of the USC Trojans women's basketball team, be a part of HR Connect Cleveland. With an impressive record of 268-154 in her 13 seasons as a collegiate head coach, she has navigated her way to a legacy far beyond most in this industry and has cemented herself as a winner in all aspects of competition. Her resume includes many journeys through the NCAA Women’s tournament, with a trip to the final four during her time with the Cal Golden Bear women’s team and, more recently, an impressive 21-win campaign with the Trojans over the course of the 2023 season. Prior to her role with USC, Coach Gottlieb was the first-ever NCAA women’s head coach to be hired by an NBA team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.
