In her current role as Head of NA Training and Adoption, Amy leads a team of experts that supports SAP Services in North America.

Kristin helps organizations leverage SAP’s blended learning model to train their technical and functional project teams. This in turn enables them to drive adoption, save time and money, and execute successful SAP deployments. As a former SAP Training and Adoption Portfolio Manager and now the lead for SAP strategic accounts, she has over 11 years of experience in helping businesses build successful SAP training strategies.

As a former SAP customer and an implementation consultant, Andy brings a unique perspective to learning that helps organizations navigate the shift in narrative from traditional training to user adoption. He has over 13 years of experience leading change management and digital adoption initiatives across 54 countries.

Nandita has more than 10 years consulting experience on various large-scale SAP training projects.  With ever-changing training platforms and landscapes, Nandita is passionate about user adoption and the end user experience, constantly seeking to improve and make any transition for an end-user to new systems as seamless as possible.

Dirk has spent over 20 years providing change management skills on large-scale SAP implementation projects, specializing in documentation and training. Most recently he has focused on helping clients implement SAP Enable Now as a key tool for ensuring effective user adoption.
