Inspiring the next generation of Women in Tech

The EQUAL Program is a year-long series of online interviews with girls and young women in technology. The program consists of engaging conversations between girls/young women and women in technology who are role models and leaders.

In support of the EQUALS Global Partnership for Gender Equality, each month one of our SAP colleagues has an inspiring conversation with a young woman who is studying or recently started to work in the tech industry.

SAP Women in Tech share their business expertise in a online tech magazine.

The FemaleOneZero magazine is addressing mega-trends of the new working environment: empowerment, digitalization, and diversity. The editorial website was co-founded by Natascha Zeljko, former deputy editor-in-chief of the women’s magazine Myself.

Inspiring SAP women around the world are demonstrating their thought leadership in the "Tech Agenda" of the F10 magazine. They talk about digitization, innovation, and their career in the tech industry.

Legacy of Admiral Grace Murray Hopper

The Virtual Grace Hopper Celebration (vGHC) is the world’s largest gathering of women technologists. Learn, network, and be inspired as we work together to achieve intersectional gender and pay parity in tech.

Ensuring girls have a voice

She's the First is a community of advocates and changemakers who believe that every girl, no matter where she is born, deserves to be educated, respected, and heard. All over the world, girls are treated as second to boys, so they have made it their mission to put girls first. 

SAP Women in Tech is collaborating with She's the First in their yearly social media campaigns, and in connecting our SAP girls to a large network offered by She's the First. Together, we hope to reach and impact young girls along with advocating for their rights.

 Women in digitization

"When it comes to digitization in Germany, we are not exploiting the full potential that is available to us. With 17% women in the IT sector in Europe, Germany is currently in one of the last places. We need more diversity in order to advance digitization innovatively and comprehensively." - She Transforms IT.

Showcasing our female experts

Techstars Startup Weekend Women Dublin is a 54-hour event designed to provide superior experiential education for technical and non-technical entrepreneurs. Participants create working startups during the event and are able to collaborate with like-minded individuals outside of their daily networks. The weekend is centered around action, innovation, and education.

SAP Women in Tech is partnering with techstars Startup Weekend Women Dublin on a yearly basis. We provide our SAP women with the opportunity to be mentors at this event and showcase their business and technical expertise.
