Travel Expense:

Question: Is there any financial support for the travel expenses of attending the conference?

Answer: While SAP does not charge the participants fees to attend the Conference and workshops, participants have to cover their own costs of personal travel to the Conference.

Hotel Accommodations:

Question: Any good rate hotel recommended by the hosting University?

Answer: No particular recommendations, as Da Nang is a tourist city with many hotels around the venue. You can explore options near Duy Tân University on booking.com. The venue address is: Duy Tân University, 3 Quang Trung, Hải Châu 1, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam.

Registration:

Question: Do we limit the number of attendees from one school? Can attendees bring a friend from another potential school?

Answer: We do not limit the number of attendees from one school. However, we suggest a maximum of 2 attendees per school for each workshop. Registration status will be communicated via email.

Research Seminar:

Question: Are online presentations allowed if one cannot attend in person? Should the paper align with the theme and/or relate to SAP?

Answer: Online presentations are permitted if in-person attendance is not possible. Papers should align with the conference theme, but it is not mandatory for them to relate to SAP technologies/solutions. Priority for the presentation will be given to those who can attend in person.

Question: What are the required contents on the cover page? Is the cover page included in the 6-page limit for the paper?

Answer: The cover should include the subject of your research, your name, position, email address, and the date of your submission. It is not included in the 6 pages length and should be submitted as a separate file.
