Please note that participation is limited to individuals whose conference registrations have already been accepted.

  • Registration is FREE!
  • Please note that registration closes latest on October 10, 2025 - so sign up now!
  • Seats will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • 2 participants per school or University will be accepted to attend the Conference.
  • Please feel encouraged to bring an academic friend, who is not yet benefitting from the SAP University Alliances program.
  • If you require a Visa letter issued by SAP to travel to Athens, please let us know during the registration process.
  • Please note that there won't be a perfect answer to every question / section for all data required in the registration process, as the website / technology we use is a universal SAP event website. We kindly ask you to choose the best fitting option for you. 
    We recommend picking "Higher Education & Research" for the “Industry” field, "Partner" for the “Relationship to SAP” field and "Delegate" for the “Function” field. The option you pick will not influence your registration status.
