Georgios Doukidis is professor of eBusiness in the Department of Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He holds a BSc in Mathematics from University of Thessaloniki, an MSc in Operational Research and PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the London School of Economics (LSE) where he taught for nine years. He was visiting professor at INSEAD, LSE and Brunel University. At AUEB he is the founder of ELTRUN -the largest eBusiness Research Center of all European Business Schools- where he managed more than 30 international R&D projects with leading Universities and international companies.

Currently he is vice-chairman of the National Council for Research, Technology and Innovation, independent board member of the Athens Stock Exchange, and partner of the Corallia Ventures Technology Transfer fund. For over 30 years he has acted as consultant for electronic commerce, innovation and entrepreneurship, digital transformation, business development to the Greek Government, the European Commission and many companies and startups in Greece and abroad. In the past he was chairman of TANEO (the Greek New Economy Fund), co-founder of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (ACEin) of AUEB and board member of the Hellenic Development Bank of Investment (HDBI).

Dr. George Ioannou is Professor of Production and Operations Management at the Department of Management Science and Technology of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He has extensive experience and significant achievements in private corporations and public organizations, in addition to the academic, research and educational excellence that governs his activities at the university. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Railways SA (since December 2024).

During the period 2019-2022 he was the CEO of the Hellenic Energy Exchange Group (EnEx), responsible for the implementation of the European Target Model in Greece, the trading systems for electricity derivatives and natural gas transactions, as well as the coupling of the Greek electricity market with those of Italy and Bulgaria. He promoted an international reach for EnEx, initiating projects in Albania and Cyprus, while he led the transformation of the group from a typical public electricity market operator with a WACC of only 2%, to a modern company with a net profit of over 20%. For his contribution to the development of the Greek energy market, he was honored with the award of the Hellenic Association for Energy Economics (2021). During the period 2007-2009, he was a member of the Board of Directors of OSE Group (Hellenic Railways Organization), contributing to the development of the company towards a corporate entity with dynamic and rational financial foundations. He also served as a member of the Advisory Board of Attica Ventures (2006-2010), giving guidance and advice for effective investments in new businesses with substantial entrepreneurial prospects.

Professor Ioannou was a member of the National Innovation Council (2012-2014) promoting innovative research and technology actions towards business endeavors with tangible operational and financial results. He was also the President of the Evaluation Committee for ΣYZEΥΞIΣ II project, the largest network transformation project of the public sector in the period 2012-2017, within the framework of the Information Society S.A. Finally, as Senior Manager / Manager at Deloitte (2000-2003), he laid the foundations for the involvement of this international consulting firm into the Greek market of enterprise information systems, with emphasis on SAP and JDE.

With respect to academic positions of responsibility, Professor Ioannou served as Director of the English-taught MBA of the Athens University of Economics and Business – MBA International (2007-2017) and led the accreditation process of the program by the Association of MBAs (AMBA). During his tenure, the program reached the Top 10 ranking in Europe, and received the international AMBA Innovation Award for its proactive approaches in Social Media education, as well as Greek awards for digital strategy, use of electronic media and corporate social responsibility. He was also Director of AUEB's Management Science Laboratory (2012-2020, a position he holds at present as well), leveraging five-million-euro research projects and supervising more than ten doctoral dissertations, the recipients of which have significant academic development in Greece and abroad (academic positions at University of the Aegean, Athens University of Economics and Business, Hellenic Open University, University of Peloponnese, City University London, Cardiff University, etc.). During the period 2008-2015 he was a member of the international Academic Advisory Council of Microsoft Co promoting actions related to ERP systems for SMEs, while he has served as a member of the Senate and the Research Committee of AUEB, and of the EIE Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.

His research activity focuses on the quantitative / analytical study of business systems in combination with modern information systems, while he has extensive consulting experience in private companies and public organizations. He holds a first degree (Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an M.Sc. from Imperial College, UK, and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, USA. He has been honored with the Microsoft Excellence in Education award and with Teaching Excellence awards for the courses he has taught in the MBAs of the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Dr. Pierre-Majorique Léger is a Full Professor in the Department of Information Technologies at HEC Montréal and Chairholder in User Experience. He leads the ERPsim Lab and is the principal inventor of ERPsim, a simulation game designed to teach ERP concepts. Today, ERPsim is used by more than 50,000 students each year in over 400 universities worldwide. In collaboration with SAP, he launched Business Builders, a free and innovative learning platform that prepares future leaders for an increasingly data-driven world through real business scenarios and data storytelling. He is also the co-founder of Baton Simulations, a spin-off company that commercializes ERPsim to teach SAP and support digital transformation. Dr. Léger is the founder and co-director of Tech3Lab, a research laboratory dedicated to studying human factors in information technology. He has authored more than 150 scientific articles, with several published in leading journals. He also collaborates on industrial research projects with national and multinational organizations, including SAP, Panasonic, CAE, CN, Desjardins, Deloitte, Alloprof, Vidéotron, Québecor, Sobeys, and the National Bank of Canada, with the overarching goal of enhancing user experience across industries.

Dr. Igor Belousov is Vice President at SAP University Alliances, country manager for Italy, Spain, Turkey, ECA cluster at CEE. He supports key directions of SAP innovation agenda in such areas as quantum computing, AI/ML, mobile business apps, AR/VR/MR. Igor collaborates with SAP colleagues from research and innovation units, other SAP divisions, with partners such as IBM and IBM Quantum, customers to prepare educational materials for faculties and students including SAP University Alliances Quick Start Guides.

Prof. Dr. Dietmar Kilian is working for over more than 20 years in management and leadership positions such as Nixdorf Computers, Digital Equipment and SAP before leaving to the MCI as a professor in process-, project management and digitalization. He has been supporting international companies as a business consultant for many years and is the author of numerous articles, books and is an advisory board member in various organizations and companies.

Dr Ioannis Nikolaou is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, and Head of the Department of Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He studied in Greece and the UK, and gained extensive professional experience as an Assistant Manager at PwC Greece and as Head of the Training Department at Egnatia Bank before joining AUEB. He has authored numerous books and academic articles and presented his work in national and international conferences, focusing primarily on employee recruitment, selection, and assessment, with particular emphasis on the role of technology. He has served as Director of the MSc in Human Resource Management at AUEB and teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, while maintaining strong links with industry through HR consulting projects and executive training. He currently serves as the first President of the Board of the newly established Greek Academy of Human Resource Management and is also the co-founder of the European Network of Selection Researchers (ENESER) and of the NGO Job-Pairs, which supports young Greek graduates through mentoring.

Philip Träutlein is Teaching Offering Manager for Business Process Management on the Portfolio & Programs team of SAP University Alliances. In addition to his Global role, he is also leading two local initiatives with SAP4School and the Digital Insights initiative primarily targeting German-speaking high school students. 

Yuri Kupriianov, Dr. is Teaching Offering Manager for App Development & Coding on the SAP University Alliances Programs & Portfolio team, responsible for the technical teaching offerings development and launch with a primary focus on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Florian Eckhard is a Doctoral Candidate and Researcher at the Chair of Information Systems and Business Process Management at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany, since 2024. Florian's research interests comprise process mining, serious games, machine learning and information security. In addition to his research, he works at the SAP University Competence Center (UCC), where he is responsible for SAP analytics solutions, such as SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Signavio as well as IBM WatsonX.

Nathalie Wolf is a Doctoral Candidate and Researcher at the Chair of Information Systems and Business Process Management at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany, since 2023. Nathalie's research interests comprise process science, data engineering, and sustainability. In addition to her research, she works at the SAP University Competence Center (UCC), where she is responsible for SAP solutions in enterprise resource planning and analytics, such as SAP S/4HANA.

Dr. Alexander Redlein is university professor for Real Estate and Facility Management at the Vienna University of Technology, and scientific head of the SAP ACC Vienna. After his interdisciplinary studies he is now engaged in research, education and consultancy in the area of FM and ERP for more than 25 years. He is head of the research group Real Estate and Facility Management (IFM) at the Vienna University of Technology, which consists of 15 researchers. For ten years, he was also responsible for the productive SAP system of his university. As a researcher he conducted international studies about macro-economic importance of the real estate industry, the impact of digital transformation on FM and workplace management. His current research in the area of ERP focuses on the system architecture of ERP systems of the Future, their interaction with smart technologies and how to built trust.

The SAP ACC Vienna supports more than 200 institutions and around 40.000 pupils and students every year. The education and research activities reach from accounting to logistic and digital transformation. Since 6 years he is member of the international teaching team of ME310 at Stanford university.

Constantinos K. Coursaris is Professor of Information Technologies, Academic Director of the User Experience programs, Co-Director of Tech3Lab, and Principal Collaborator for the NSERC-Prompt Industrial Research Chair in User Experience at HEC Montréal. Constantinos was elected Chair of the Association for Information Systems (AIS) Special Interest Group on Human-Computer Interaction (SIGHCI) in 2019 serving two terms and was appointed AIS Assistant Vice President for Research Resources in 2020. He is currently Advisory Board Chair of the AIS SIGHCI. 

Constantinos is a human-computer interaction researcher. He studies user motivations, expectations, and experiences with new media and the consequent design implications for information systems with a focus on commercial and healthcare contexts of use. His current research focuses on immersive user experiences in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. His interdisciplinary research has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, such Information & Management, Computers in Human Behavior, AIS Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction, International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction, Journal of Business Research, New Media & Society, and Online Information Review among others. His research has been financially supported by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, Leo Burnett Detroit, Patient Centered Outcomes Research Initiative, McKesson Foundation, and U.S. Department of Agriculture among others. Constantinos consults on user experience and new media for governance, marketing, and healthcare around the world.

After graduating from University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point (2001) and Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (2000 and 2003) with Bachelor and Master degrees in Computer Science and Business Informatics, Stefan Weidner has been directing the SAP University Competence Center Magdeburg since 2004. The center has been hosting SAP solutions for teaching, research and co-innovation for almost 25 years. Today, his team is providing teaching and learning environments to more than 850 universities in over 80 countries, mainly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Beside his various management positions, he contributed his expertise in global curriculum design and his passion to modern teaching to numerous development projects in teaching, research and industry. In addition, he is author of several academic textbooks.
