Timo Elliott is a Global Innovation Advocate for SAP. He works closely with leading-edge organizations around the world on their digital transformation initiatives. Over the last 30 years with the company, he has given presentations to business and IT leaders in over 60 different countries, talking about SAP's strategy and future trends, illustrated with real-world examples of customer innovation. He has worked in the UK, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and California, and currently lives in Paris, France. He has a degree in Econometrics and holds a patent in the area of mobile analytics.

In my role, I have the privilege of guiding our esteemed customers through the intricate landscape of sustainability, introducing them to SAP's innovative solutions tailored to address crucial sustainability challenges. My passion for sustainability is rooted in the belief that we must diligently safeguard our planet and pass on a healthy world to the next generation. I am dedicated to helping the world run better and improve people’s lives with sustainability at the core.

Donald has been at the sharp end of Talent Management, Learning and People Development for over 25 years. His background encompasses all aspects of talent, learning & development from its management through technology to the development and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous learning & Development programs, both formal and social.

He has held senior leadership positions across several industry leading training providers and immediately prior to joining SAP Success Factors he was General Manager for SAP’s Education Business for the UK & Ireland. Donald was also heavily involved in SAP’s own Learning Transformation journey and over the last few years has been involved in the development of SAPs strategy around Talent Intelligence and Talent Marketplaces. Over his career Donald has delivered blended learning & development programs with supporting technologies to organisations across a wide variety of industries in the US, Europe, Far East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Donald has an MBA from Strathclyde University and is alma mater of both Robert Gordon University and Stirling University.

Head of People and Culture Transformation Division at Girteka, with over 15 years of experience in leading HR teams and driving transformative initiatives across global organizations. In current position I lead the strategic implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and transformative initiatives across the global HR landscape, reshaping the employee experience throughout all stages of the employee life cycle. Committed to driving excellence in HR practices, I focus on delivering impactful solutions that align with business objectives and foster a positive and progressive work environment.

Jekaterina Timofejeva is a seasoned HR Tech Lead specializing in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation, with extensive global customer engagement. Jekaterina has a strong track record of driving successful projects and optimizing HR processes using SAP solutions and joined Girteka in 2021 to support the company during it‘s SAP transformation journey.

Chris Johnston currently leads the SAP EMEA Customer Advisory team for Finance and Risk solutions. He has a Batchelor’s degree in Accounting & Financial Management and a Master’s degree in Computer Science. He has over 25 years’ experience in Finance and Security positions with the last 18 years spent working at SAP. His Centre of Excellence team are instrumental in serving as leaders in their respective areas and work with executives to help rethink how best to automate and optimise finance, risk management and cybersecurity processes for the future.

Joakim Veilemand is a Senior Specialist helping organisations improve their Travel and Expense Management processes through digital transformation and AI. He has been working with SAP Concur for the past 7 years in Copenhagen but have been in the T&E space for more than 15 years.

With over two decades of dedicated experience in Business Analysis and nearly a decade at multinational packaging producer RETAL, Olena brings exceptional insight.  As the head of the Center of Excellence (CoE) team for SAP implementation at RETAL, she oversees vital tasks including continuous support for SAP S4/HANA, change management, master data governance, and readiness for future rollouts. Olena's expertise ensures seamless integration and optimization of SAP solutions that drive business success at RETAL.

Shantanu  brings over 25 years of sales, delivery & consulting experience. He is a Corporate Storyteller & Innovation Evangelist, Keynote speaker, Sustainability & AI enthusiast and part of the SAP UK’s Diversity & Inclusion movement.

Shantanu has been in SAP for over 14 years and currently leads a host of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)  enablement, demand generation and customer support programs for Europe as a part of the SAP Centre of Excellence. His particular interest is industry usecases and innovation.

Shantanu has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Manchester Business School (UK). He is also a certified Messaging & storytelling coach from the Corporate Visions Inc (USA).

Already more than 20 years in IT, worked in various IT roles - starting from programmer to analyst, project manager, delivery manager.   More than 10 years working with SAP solutions. Currently Enterprise Architect at Franmax.

Jurijs Masans has more than 15 years of working experience in the Banking industry. He has a strong competence in financial analysis, financial accounting, budgeting and product profitability analysis. Jurijs is a respected team leader in various pan Baltic projects like accounting harmonization, budget model development, activity-based costing development. He has an expert knowledge in Excel, Access, Tableau and SAP data reporting and analytics tools.
